PRIORITY VS SAME DAY RESERVATIONS
AMORE offers two distinct levels of reservations depending on when reservations are placed--Priority Reservations and Standard Reservations. Think of Priority Reservations as guaranteed service, while Standard Reservations are on a first-come, first serve basis. Whenever possible, place a Priority Reservation to ensure service and help maximize program resources. Learn more below:
What are Priority Reservations?
Priority Reservations are made no later than 8 pm on the day before service. In other words, if you want a ride on Tuesday, a Priority Reservation must be made no later than 8 pm Monday evening. We will schedule AMORE drivers based on the number of Priority Reservations made to make sure that drivers are available for those trips. At around 10 pm you will receive a detailed confirmation email which will include your pick-up time and the name of your driver.
What are Standard Reservations?
Standard Reservations are trips reserved any time after 8 pm on the night before service. Standard Reservations are served based on the availability of drivers already scheduled to serve Priority Trips. If those drivers have availability at the time of your trip, they will be able to accommodate your request; on the other hand, if all drivers are already occupied with Priority Trips at the time you'd like to travel, we will not be able to accept your reservation. Beginning around 10 pm the night before service, we'll notify you instantly if we are able to serve your Standard Trip request.
